The Homestead Creamery/Farm Market is a great place to purchase all kinds of dairy products, with the milk coming from local cows (it also makes really good ice cream)! Their lunch is great, and they carry locally made items, like jellies, jams, soaps, and more. Bernard’s Landing, located at Smith Mountain Lake, is a great resort for a vacation or just a weekend getaway. The lake and mountain views are beautiful! Bernie’s Store is located on-site and provides a place to buy clothing, jewelry, or anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Now, you can find Cuddle Corn in both of these places!

I know it’s only August, but I wanted to give you some notice in advance about the Bizarre Bazaar Christmas Collection show. It will be Thursday, December 2nd- Sunday, December 5th at the Richmond Motor Speedway. Over 400 vendors will be attending (including Cuddle Corn), so it will provide a great opportunity to knock out some Christmas shopping! Also remember that Cuddle Corn bags make a great gift as well! Beat the heat with Cuddle Corn!!

It’s June and it’s HOT!! Remember in addition to heating your Cuddle Corn bags, you can also freeze them. They’re great to cool you down after a hot day outside. You can freeze them for migraines, hot flashes, sunburn, fever and more. Some people like to use them frozen for their sinuses or allergies (but heat can also relieve sinus pressure). They can even help cool off your pet!

Tips for freezing: Place in a freezer bag to keep from picking up food odors.

Freeze for at least 2-3 hours before use (but can be kept in the freezer continuously after each use).

Make sure your Cuddle is room temperature before you switch from heating to freezing, or vice versa.

As the new owner, I’m so excited to share my love of these wonderful products that offer so much comfort and relief. They’re still handmade with locally grown corn, just in another state. Quality and customer service are my top priority and will continue as you’ve known and loved in the past. Fall will be here shortly, and you know what that means?? Cuddle Corn is hitting the road! Our first show will be Martha’s Market in Charlottesville, Virginia. The dates are October 14-16, 2016, and the location is the John Paul Jones Arena. Makes your plans now to attend. Cuddle Corn, the best microwavable corn bags around, will be a vendor again this year! This makes our 4th year as a vendor with Martha’s Market. Goodness Grows in North Carolina

Cuddle Corn is a proud member of Goodness Grows in North Carolina. To be a member of Goodness Grows in NC, a product has to be made in North Carolina from an agricultural product grown in NC.

Cuddle Corn bags are made from whole kernel corn that has been thoroughly cleaned and put under high heat. The corn is then placed into six bag sizes, all made from 100% cotton. Cuddle Corn can be heated in the microwave, or frozen in the freezer and used as an alternative heating pad or ice pack. All of the fabrics we use are high grade 100% cotton, many of which are designer patterns. The cotton is extremely sturdy and can be heated or frozen over and over.
